About Tealbo
Ronnie, a pharmacist spent 15 years building his pharmacy into a trusted community staple, but with lowering PBM reimbursements year after year his pharmacy was threatened to close its doors for good. Determined to save his livelihood, he sought an unconventional solution.
Inspired by his love for Gelato and boba tea and a desire to attract a younger crowd, he began experimenting, blending his pharmaceutical knowledge with dessert-making. After weeks of trial and error, he created "Boba Gelato" — a rich frozen treat that offered a fun, tasty way of blending both worlds. Transforming a corner of his pharmacy into a cozy gelato counter, he launched the product with a campaign focused on helping those that wish to do the same.

The pharmacy has been my go to since before covid. After they added the Gelato to the pharmacy, I ordered every now and then. Let me tell you, my mind was blown. My favorite combination was combing tiramisu gelato with their brown sugar pearls.

The gentleman recommended the coconut gelato with strawberry boba. It was a good combo and the coconut is really fresh. It has similar texture and taste as real coconut ice cream from the Caribbean, with coconut flakes.
